Use Canva Pro or Canva Business discount codes

Redeem your Canva Pro or Canva Business coupon code during checkout or at canva.com/redeem.

• You can only redeem coupon codes on the desktop or mobile web.
• You can't redeem a code while you have an active paid plan, including one you bought through the App Store or Google Play. If your plan renews automatically, cancel your subscription first. You can redeem your code after your current paid period ends.
• Some codes have expiry dates. Use your code before that date.

1. Start the upgrade process by selecting Try Pro for free, Try Canva Business for free, or Upgrade from the homepage or Settings.
2. On the plan selection screen, select Coupon code.
3. In the Enter code field, enter your coupon code.
4. Select Apply. If valid, your discount will automatically appear in the plan pricing.

Make sure you're entering the correct code. Copying and pasting makes that easier!

If your code still isn't working, here are some common reasons why:

• Code already used: Some codes can only be redeemed once per account. If your code's already been used, you'll need a new one.
• Wrong account: Make sure you're logged in to the Canva account you want to upgrade before you enter your code. Codes are tied to the account that redeems them.
• Code expired: Some codes have an expiry date. Check the date on your code or the email it came in.
• Active paid plan: You can't redeem a code while you have an active paid plan. Wait until your current billing period ends, or cancel your plan first and wait for the period to end.
• Canva app: You can only redeem codes on the web or mobile web, not in the Canva desktop or mobile app.
